Processing Time  

At DeVa Jewellery, every piece is made just for you. Once your order is placed, I personally handcraft each item with care and intention. This process ensures that your jewellery is unique and created with the highest quality. Please allow time for me to complete your special piece before it’s ready to ship.Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping: 4 to 8 days business days 

Express Shipping: 7 to 15 days business days 

International Shipping

Standard International Shipping: 3 to 15 business days, (depending on location)  

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Free Shipping  

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $206 aud  within Australia or internationally (you can adjust this depending on your target markets).

Order Tracking  

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track the status of your delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes  

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, and duties once the shipment reaches its destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
