Returns and Refunds Policy 

At Deva Jewellery we want you to love your new Jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Below is our returns and refunds policy:

Returns

- Eligibility: We accept returns on unworn, undamaged, and unused jewellery within 14 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in their original packaging, including any jewellery pouches or boxes.

- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made pieces, personalised jewellery, and sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@devajewellery.com We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions. Please do not send back any items without contacting us first.

- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or you received the wrong item.

Refunds

- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

- Partial Refunds: Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are missing parts may be eligible for partial refunds at our discretion.

- Non-Refundable: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.

Exchanges

- We offer exchanges on items of equal or greater value. To exchange a product, follow the same return process and specify that you would like an exchange instead of a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@devajewellery.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund for damaged or faulty pieces.
